Important: As a proxy-buying service, our return policy differs from direct retail purchases. Please review carefully.
Defective / Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a return to Korea and provide a full refund including service fee.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item by mistake, we will arrange a return and send the correct item or provide a full refund.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, as the product has already been purchased from the Korean store and shipped internationally. This is standard for proxy-buying services.
Out of Stock
If the product is out of stock after payment, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative product suggestion.
Customs Rejection
If your package is rejected by customs, we are not responsible for customs decisions. We will attempt to return the package to our warehouse, but return shipping fees will apply.
Country-Specific Consumer Rights
KboxShop operates as a proxy-buying (purchasing agent) service based in South Korea. While local consumer protection laws may differ, the following applies to our service:
π¬π§ United Kingdom
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, distance-selling regulations provide a 14-day cooling-off period for goods purchased from UK-based retailers. As KboxShop is a Korea-based proxy-buying service (not a UK retailer), this right does not apply. However, we fully honor refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items as described above.
π«π· France / EU
The EU Consumer Rights Directive grants a 14-day withdrawal right for goods purchased from EU-based sellers. As KboxShop is a Korea-based proxy-buying service purchasing products on your behalf from Korean stores, this right does not apply. We provide full refunds for defective items, wrong shipments, and out-of-stock situations as described above.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5β10 business days to your original payment method. Service fees are refundable only for defective items or our errors.
