1. Service Description
KboxShop operates as a purchasing agent (ꡬ맀λν) service. We purchase products from Korean online stores on behalf of our customers and arrange international shipping. We are not a reseller β products are purchased directly from the original stores.
2. Account & Orders
You must provide accurate shipping and contact information. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Prices are quoted based on the exchange rate at the time of the quote and may vary at the time of actual purchase.
3. Fees & Pricing
Our service fee ranges from 8% to 12% of the product price depending on your membership tier (FREE: 12%, PLUS: 10%, PREMIUM: 8%), with a minimum of β©8,000 and maximum of β©80,000 per item. International shipping, customs duties, and taxes are additional and will be quoted separately.
4. Prohibited Items
We cannot purchase or ship the following: counterfeit goods, weapons, hazardous materials, illegal substances, items restricted by your country's customs regulations, lithium batteries (air freight restrictions), and perishable food items requiring cold chain.
5. Limitation of Liability
KboxShop acts as a purchasing agent only. We are not responsible for product defects, descriptions inaccuracies on the original store, or customs seizures. We do provide quality inspection at our warehouse and will notify you of any visible issues before shipping.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We encourage resolving issues through our customer support team first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
