Estimated Delivery Times
Times are measured from when your order ships from our Korea warehouse. Processing time (purchasing + inspection) is typically 1β3 business days.
Shipping Carriers
We use Korea Post (EMS), DHL, and FedEx depending on the destination and package weight. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (LΓWΓH Γ· 5000). Exact costs are included in your quote before payment.
Customs & Duties
Import duties and taxes vary by country. For DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) orders, you will pay customs fees upon delivery. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) orders, all taxes are included in your payment.

Package Consolidation
If you order multiple items, we can consolidate them into one package to save on shipping costs. Consolidation is done at our warehouse before international shipping.
