EMS delivery from Korea takes 5-10 business days for Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. Processing time (purchasing + inspection) is typically 1-3 business days before shipping.

You'll receive an EMS tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track it on Korea Post, your local postal service website, or our Track Order page.

It depends on your order value. Philippines: under ₱10,000 is generally duty-free. Vietnam: under ₫1,000,000 is generally duty-free. Thailand: under ฿1,500 is generally duty-free. Most personal orders for cosmetics, albums, and stationery fall under these thresholds.

We always declare the accurate product value on customs forms. We never under-declare, as this can lead to package seizure and legal issues.

We cannot ship: standalone lithium batteries, flammable liquids/aerosols, perishable food requiring refrigeration, prescription medication, and items restricted by your country's customs.

Yes! We show prices and accept payment in PHP (Philippines), VND (Vietnam), and THB (Thailand). Exchange rates are applied at the time of payment.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. The time to appear in your account may vary by bank.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a return to Korea and provide a full refund including the service fee.

Unfortunately no. As a proxy-buying service, products are purchased from Korean stores on your behalf and shipped internationally. Change-of-mind returns are not possible.
